About this file
This is a Special Procurement Notice Amendment issued by the Oregon Department of Education, amending the original Special Procurement REQ-DASOBO-00143198 (now REQ-DASOBO-00169077). The amendment adds one Steward to the approved contractor pool who was inadvertently omitted from the original procurement notice. This is not a bidding opportunity but rather a notice of approval for a contractor addition to an existing special procurement. No response deadline, site visits, bidder meetings, or award dates are specified in this amendment notice, as this is solely documentation of an administrative correction to the existing contractor roster.
The amendment is processed under Oregon Revised Statutes 279B.085(5) and 279B.400 and applicable Oregon Administrative Rules. An affected person may protest the approval within seven calendar days from the first date of public notice by submitting written protest materials to the State Chief Procurement Officer at the Oregon Department of Administrative Services or via email to egs.pscustomercare@das.oregon.gov. The protest must include detailed legal and factual grounds, description of resulting harm, and relief requested. Questions regarding this special procurement should be directed to Tim Beaver, Senior Contracting Officer at the Oregon Department of Education, at 971-208-0222 or tim.beaver@ode.oregon.gov.
