MEMORANDUM FOR RECORD
FROM: 23 CONTRACTING SQUADRON
SUBJECT: SPECIAL NOTICE FOR AWARD
1. The purpose of this memorandum is to document and post the intention of 23 CONS to award a sole-source purchase order to Phillips Corporation.
2. The 23rd Contracting Squadron intends to award a purchase order to Phillips Corporation for the purpose of providing Preventative Maintenance (PM) and emergency maintenance services on
HAAS/OMAX machinery. Phillips Corporation shall prove services for the maintenance – routine and emergency – of the equipment at Moody AFB, GA, to include at a minimum one (1) annual preventative maintenance visit.
3. All inquiries on this action must be submitted in writing (phone calls will not be accepted) by email to the following POCs:

4. Inquiries must be submitted NO LATER THAN: Thursday, 12 November 2020 @ 2:00 PM EST.
This is NOT a Request For Proposal (RFP) and does NOT constitute any commitment by the
Government. Responses to this Special Notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions.
