The solicitation includes two unrestricted lots: Lot 0001 representing approximately 51% (2,624,225 yards) and Lot 0002 representing approximately 49% (5,142,043 yards) of the total requirement, with nine different National Stock Numbers (NSNs) ranging from 218 to 2,380,000 yards. Key requirements include monthly deliveries over ten consecutive months, with a 150-day production lead time for the first delivery, followed by nine 30-day consecutive deliveries. The delivery destination is Arizona Industries for the Blind in Phoenix, AZ. A HUBZone small business price evaluation preference of 10% will be applied, and all contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The solicitation emphasizes compliance with the Berry Amendment, requiring that textile items be grown, reprocessed, reused, melted, or produced in the United States, its possessions, or Puerto Rico.
