About this file

This specification sheet outlines the requirements for laminating pouches sought by the City of Pennsylvania through a micro or small order purchase that will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The procurement is for 15 boxes of luggage tag laminating pouches, totaling 7,500 individual pouches. Each box must contain exactly 500 pouches meeting specific dimensional and material requirements: 10 mil thickness, 2" x 4" size (64 mm x 108 mm), with no slot or pre-punched holes. The pouches must be compatible with thermal pouch laminating machines and conform entirely to the listed specifications.

Bidders are required to submit a specification sheet with their proposal; bids submitted without this documentation will not be considered. Vendors must provide an anticipated delivery date as part of their bid, with delivery costs included in the unit price quoted. No substitutions from the specified product are permitted without prior written approval from the City. The award may be made for the entire order or by individual line item, at the City's discretion, and vendors are explicitly instructed not to deliver materials or proceed with services until receiving official notification of award and authorization from the Department.
