Minimum service calls of twice per year are mandated at each location, with additional services available upon request by the Department of Public Works and Facilities Maintenance Administrator. The contract period spans two years from Cuyahoga County Board of Control approval, with the county retaining the right to add or delete facilities during the contract term and to terminate with thirty days' notice.

The contract is established as a not-to-exceed amount of $200,000 for the two-year period, with provisions for contingency funds for supplies that may or may not be needed. Each inspection must include a comprehensive 24-point checklist covering equipment condition evaluation, safety features, cylinder inspection, lubrication, hose and electrical component verification, pressure setting, emergency stop switch testing, and on-site personnel training. The awarded contractor must register with the Cuyahoga County Inspector General and ensure all employees complete background checks conducted by the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Department at a cost of $35 per employee, with an additional one-time badge fee of $20 per employee for county facility access. Detailed service reports documenting all preventative maintenance, building locations, dates, defects, and solutions must be provided to the county.
