Formula:

Argonne Network PLC x Annual NITS 366 Days = Daily Price Current Cost: 51.667 MW x $33,116.34 per MW per year 366 = $4,674.92 per day

PJM NITS subject to change each June 1 and Argonne’s PLC subject to change each January 1. Monthly costs should be prorated when costs change during a mid-month billing cycle.

All other transmission related costs, including enhancement charges, must be included in the Fixed Energy Price.

Monthly invoice price should be pro-rated if transmission rate or ANL PLC changes during a billing period.

2. PJM Capacity Costs: Direct pass-through of PJM Capacity Rate for Commonwealth Edison Company based on Argonne’s Capacity PLC. Daily charge will be assessed during monthly billing period based on the PJM Locational Reliability Charge and Argonne’s Capacity PLC assigned by ComEd.

Formula:

Current Argonne’s Capacity PLC MW35.10 MW
Zonal Scaling Factor Adjustmentx 1.1404
FPR Pool Requirement Adjustmentx 1.0895
Adjusted Capacity MW:= 43.61 MW
