Air Installations Compatible Use Zones (AICUZ) bases or Naval Out Lying Fields Choctaw, Holly, Santa Rosa, Pace, Brewton, Harold, Wolf, and Evergreen. This PWS also establishes the Contractor’s responsibility to furnish, manage, maintain, and operate all mobile fuel servicing equipment required and necessary to support the facilities, equipment, vehicles, vessels, and assigned aircraft. As such all operated equipment may transit, deploy to, or exercise from any of the aforementioned activities. This and all following sections portray the basis of supported activities in real time with regard to facilities, supported activity alignment, and responsibilities for support; but historically in terms of services rendered.
C-1.2 Contract Performance: The Contractor shall perform the identified tasks and achieve the performance standards outlined for each task. The Contractor shall submit performance based plans to assure performance requirements comply with all specified laws, regulations, and guidelines. The Contractor is responsible for obtaining copies of all applicable laws, regulations, codes, and guidelines, including changes thereto. The Contractor is responsible to provide the above mentioned support under CLIN 0001.
C-1.2.1 Quality Monitoring and Evaluation: DLA Energy shall utilize a Quality Surveillance Plan (QSP) in Appendix G, to monitor and evaluate the Contractor’s performance throughout the contract performance period. DLA Energy may also perform customer satisfaction surveys, which may be used as part of the assessment of Contractor’s performance. The Contracting Officer has the option to increase the frequency of surveys to address contract compliance issues as needed.
