From: 287,500 Dths To: 795,840 Dths

A revised schedule page is included in this amendment.

2. Notes #3, 4, and 5 are hereby added to this line item:

Note #3 – “The depot is in process of converting three coal fired boilers to natural gas. The estimated gas increase is shown above. This will require an upgrade of one of the two meters, plus an upgrade, by the pipeline company, on one of their regulators. Additionally, one of the large private companies will be getting their own meter, thus their usage will come off of the requirement. The Government anticipates the gas boilers will come on line late 2015.”

Note #4 – “The depot requests the third meter station be added to the requirement.”

Note #5 – “The supplier shall provide additional transportation capacity as necessary to meet the installation’s requirements.”

3. All other terms and conditions remain in full force and effect.

Note #1 Note #2

Note #3

Note #4 Note #5 The supplier shall provide additional transportation capacity as necessary to meet the installation’s requirements.

Presently Pine Bluff Main Post has 3,300 DTHs capacity on the pipeline. This is much more than they need. To save the government money the contractor will use this excess capacity to make the deliveries to Red River AD and add this as a pass through charge to Red River AD thus decreasing Pine Bluff's pipeline capacity charges.

The depot is in process of converting three coal fired boilers to natural gas. The estimated gas increase is shown on attached spreadsheet. This will require upgrade of one of the two meters already on contract, plus an upgrade by the pipeline company on one of their regulators. Additionally, one of the large private companies will be getting their own meter, thus their usage will come off of our contract. We anticipate the gas boilers will come on line late in 2015.

The depot requests the third meter station be added to this contract.

Red River does not have telemetering. The installation is willing to provide meter readings to the contractor.
