About this file
This solicitation amendment modifies SPE4AX24R0005 to change the closing date to March 28, 2024. It seeks pricing for aircraft fuel cells through multiple indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts with a one-year base period and four one-year options. Offerors must provide pricing in an unlocked Excel workbook along with supporting documentation such as cost data, rate agreements, purchase histories, and capability assessments. Submissions are due through the DIBBS system by the amended closing date. The Defense Logistics Agency Aviation will evaluate offers based on price, past performance, and additional factors to determine best value.
