About this file

This is a Sources Sought Notice issued by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Philadelphia Food Service Equipment & Field Feeding Program Office to conduct market research on Coffee Makers. The document seeks information from potential vendors about their capabilities to produce, package, and deliver coffee makers for military dining facilities, with a focus on understanding the industrial base, supply chain management, and surge/sustainment production capabilities.

The Sources Sought Notice requests vendors to provide company details, business size, contact information, previous experience with coffee makers, and interest in supplying specific National Stock Number items. Key points include: vendors are asked about their ability to store and deliver coffee makers, hold pricing for up to 5 years, and whether the items differ from their normal product offerings. Interested vendors are instructed to respond via email to two specific DLA contacts, with responses used solely for market research purposes.
