About this file

This file is an equipment specification list detailing the requirements for a flight-type dishwasher system and related components for Camp Pendleton Food Services. The primary equipment includes a Stero Model STPCW-ER3T three-tank flight type dish machine with power scrapper, wash, and rinse sections, featuring a 31x20" tunnel opening, variable speed conveyor belt, and 22-foot total length. The system consumes 98 gallons per hour for final rinse and operates at 480v/60/3-ph.

The document also specifies a custom tray accumulator (Model P244576) with a 4-tier rotary system, LED lighting, stainless steel carriers, and dual pre-rinse stations. Installation requirements are detailed, including the removal of existing equipment and installation of new water lines, drain lines, and exhaust ducts. Assembly must be performed by authorized Stero and Tragenflex technicians to maintain warranty coverage. The installation work must be performed after hours to avoid business disruption, with all utilities, electrical, plumbing, and ventilation connections included in the scope of work.
