About this file
This Standard Form 30 (SF-30) Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract modifies Solicitation SPE3S125R0006 for Instant Powdered Juice Pouches by incorporating the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Clause 252.225-7012 Preference for Certain Domestic Commodities. The amendment requires contractors to deliver only specific items grown, reprocessed, reused, or produced in the United States, including food, clothing, tents, cotton products, wool products, and certain individual equipment.
The clause outlines detailed requirements for domestic sourcing, including provisions for clothing, structural tent components, tarpaulins, and various fabric types. Specific exemptions are provided for certain items, such as incidental amounts of natural fibers, chemical warfare protective clothing from qualifying countries, and foods processed in the United States. The amendment also includes specific requirements for fish, shellfish, and seafood, mandating that these products must be taken from the sea by U.S.-flag vessels or obtained from fishing within the United States, with any processing performed on U.S.-flag vessels or within the United States.
