About this file
This is a Market Research document for a Full Line Fresh Fruit and Vegetables (FF&V) contract in the Vermont Zone, supporting both Department of Defense (DoD) Troops and Non-DoD USDA School customers. The solicitation seeks potential vendors to provide fresh produce across the Vermont region, with a 24-month base period and a potential 5-year contract estimate of $7,476,255.20. The government is collecting vendor information through a detailed questionnaire to assess capabilities, minimum delivery requirements, business status, and technological readiness to use electronic ordering systems like FFAVORS Web and STORES.
Key requirements include the ability to service all listed customers, maintain a valid SAM.gov and PACA license, and have capability to use web-based ordering systems. Vendors must complete the questionnaire, providing details about their company's FF&V distribution experience, federal government contracting history, business size, and procurement practices. Responses are due by October 31, 2025 at 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, to be submitted via email to Katie Ann Wimsey and Paul Le from the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).
