About this file

This document contains details for a federal solicitation seeking prime vendor support for full line food service. The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support Subsistence Directorate is soliciting proposals to provide various quantities of subsistence items to customers in the Mayport, Florida region, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, the Atlantic Undersea Test and Evaluation Center in the Bahamas, and other federally funded agencies. The total estimated contract value is $390,010,000 over a five year period of performance consisting of three pricing tiers - an initial 24 month tier with a 60 day start-up period, a second 12 month tier, and a final 24 month tier. The fixed-price contract will be subject to economic price adjustment and require delivery within 60 days of award. Proposals are due by October 21, 2019 at 3PM EST and will be evaluated using the lowest price technically acceptable criteria. The awarded prime vendor must have the ability to interface with the government's transaction systems and support required EDI transaction sets.
