About this file

This document is an Attachment C - Compliance Spreadsheet related to a federal contract opportunity for an aeromedically certified defibrillator/monitor-recorder.

The document outlines over 60 essential characteristics and technical requirements for the defibrillator device, including performance parameters, system attributes, defibrillation and monitoring capabilities, portability and environmental requirements, power and battery specifications, display and alarm functions, and data storage and connectivity. The device must meet threshold and objective requirements in areas such as airworthiness certifications, FDA clearances, ECG monitoring, defibrillation, pacing, NIBP, pulse oximetry, invasive monitoring, CO2 monitoring, and data retention. The device must also be durable, water-resistant, and operable on AC or DC power with long battery life. The vendor must indicate compliance (C), planned compliance (P), non-compliance (N), or not applicable (NA) for each requirement.

The related federal contract opportunity is a Corporate Exigency Contract (CEC) solicitation issued by the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support Medical for aeromedically certified defibrillator/monitor-recorders to support military contingency operations. The intent is to establish long-term partnerships with manufacturers to provide sustainment material during contingencies.
