About this file
This amendment modifies solicitation SPE2D1-17-R-0001 for the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support Medical Supply Chain's Patient Monitoring & Capital Equipment program. The amendment extends the deadline for offers under the open season period from November 16, 2017 to December 18, 2017 at 1:00pm Eastern time. It also replaces clause 52.233-9001 concerning disputes to specify the use of alternative dispute resolution techniques to resolve disputes where possible.
The related federal contract opportunity notice provides details about the Patient Monitoring & Capital Equipment program, which includes five main categories of equipment: patient monitoring, pharmacy automation, anesthesia and anesthesia monitoring systems, infant care, and critical care. The program has annual sales of approximately $54 million. The solicitation seeks to establish multiple-award IDIQ contracts and is expected to be issued on August 1, 2017 with a closing date of September 30, 2017. It will support requirements for the DoD and other federal agencies. Contracts will have a five-year base period and a single five-year option.
