Performance Work Statement
FOR
Over-Site Suite & Allowance Department Applications Software
Support & Maintenance
I. INTRODUCTION
A. Background
Applications have been developed for the NAVSUP Weapon Support Systems, Mechanicsburg (NAVSUP WSS) Allowance Department in order to distribute their reports and/or information to the fleet and support facilities. All of these unique applications are integral with Over-Site Suite for proper operation.
The following are the developed applications:
• Over-Site Suite
• VersaComp Composition Engine
• COSAL Database CD-ROM Delivery System
• INCREMENTAL COSAL CD-ROM Delivery System
B. Overall Task Description
The objective of the effort is to procure software support and maintenance. In order to use these applications effectively, the offeror must provide support as needed. The services included are:
1. Unlimited phone support during normal business hours, excluding Government holidays.
2. Demonstrable extensive knowledge and experience with Pagetec’s VersaComp Composition Engine & Over-Site Suite (integral to all applications as listed above).
3. Capable of modifying the necessary VersaComp script files to include correct book marking, zoom factors, and other required PDF features.
4. Minor bug fixes
5. Minor enhancements, as needed.
6. Indoctrinate and train DLA Data Production Operations personnel, as required.
7. Limited on-site support as needed.
8. List of Product Requirements
- Technical Services – expertise in modifying, implementation, and maintenance of the applications.
- Project Management – expertise to maintain schedule and provide required updates/reports.
- Training – for designated personnel to maintain the applications.
C. Duties and Responsibilities of the Performer
1. Performance Requirements
Coordinate modifications/specifications with DLA Data Production Operations and NAVSUP WSS personnel to determine specific requirements. Develop modifications/specifications with DLA Document Services and NAVSUP WSS personnel within the specified time period. Test, install and configure the applications on existing hardware. Provide training and documentation to select DLA Data Production Operations employees as appropriate for their roles and responsibilities within the DLA Data Production Operation EDM Program.
2. Performance Standards
The application modifications/enhancements will be tested and presented to meet design specifications.
Install and configure the new application modifications and verify that the code performs as anticipated by the design specifications. Ensure the designated DLA Data Production Operations personnel can perform their required duties proficiently and effectively.
3. Quality Surveillance Plan
Monthly updates will be provided to DLA Data Production Operations on modifications/enhancements made to various applications. Monitoring of installation of the applications will occur until the tasks are considered complete to the satisfaction of DLA Data Production Operations. A timeline will be delivered and adhered to by the performer. Any deviation must be approved by DLA Production Operations.

III. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE
The period of performance shall be from 1 January 2020 thru 31 December 2020. Options should be exercised at the Governments request.
