SECTION C - SPECIFICATIONS/SOW/SOO/ORD (CONTINUED)

A. 300GMS Gear Metrology System Software:

GAMA 3 Gear Inspection Software upgrade to include previous software that was reduced from the original quote.

(1) Gleason Material Nr.: 66006-A20 20,723.74 20,723.74 (SW)-GAMA-SPIRAL BEVEL

This software provides comparative analysis of production parts relative to hard or theoretical masters.

Capabilities include:

- Index and pitch test with analysis capabilities to optional bevel gear standards AGMA390.03, DIN3965, JIS1704, GB11365_89, AGMA 2009 and ISO 17485. Must be purchased individually.

- Tooth Thickness test - Zero order correction from G-AGE

- Tip, root and depth test

- Flank form test grid resolution from 3 x 3 to 99 x 99 with default grid 9 x5.

- Point to point and scanning modes are supported

- Auto tooth find, for easy operation.

- Inverted Pinion and Gears measurement for long shaft parts.

- Nominal modification of Gleason CMM text files for master digitization

- Inspection results provided in G-AGE format

- Master coordinate values based upon data files from G-AGE. Results are reported via the file for entry into the G-AGE correction software. This may be used as an alternative to digitized hard master values.

- Test results have PDF and SVG support for easy information exchange and easy viewing through Adobe® or any HTML explorer.

- Test results can also be saved to Q-DAS format or to a CSV file for further SPC study and process capability study.

(2) Gleason Material Nr.: 66013-A20 20,192.36 20,192.36 (SW)-GAMA-STRAIGHT BEVEL GEAR

This software package allows the inspection of index, pitch, flank form, and tooth thickness deviation of straight bevel gear teeth. Capabilities include:

- Testing capability which permits digitizing tooth flanks typically utilizing a 9 x 5 matrix of points located according to established edge reduction.

- Production part testing which reproduces a hard master test strategy to permit accurate

- Comparative analysis of the production part versus master geometry results in a 3-D graphics presentation and tabular listing of values at each node.

- Index and pitch test with analysis capabilities to bevel gear standards AGMA390.03, DIN3965, JIS1704, GB11365_89, AGMA 2009 and ISO 17485. Which must be purchased separately.

(3) Gleason Material Nr.: 1317170 13,284.45 13,284.45 (SW) GAMA-SBG-NOMINAL

GENERATION

Nominal Generation Developer for Spiral Bevel Gears

This option provides the ability to generate nominal data for Spiral Bevel Gears based on cutting summary data. Please consult GMS Sales for a list of bevel cutting/grinding machines models supported by this software. Nominal Flank form geometry shall be computed in order to allow GAMA measurement of a master which shall then be used to modify the original computed flank form coordinates.

The modified nominal information shall then be used to perform measurements of production bevels as compared to the master bevel.

- Requires cutting summary input for file generation

- User defined edge reduction for control inspection area.

- Programmable grid size (number of lines and columns)

- The program is required for setting up new jobs. Existing jobs can be run from GAMA directly.

- CAGE4WIN or GAGE4WIN are not required to use this program. The only data required is basic gear data and a Gleason cutting summary (preferably developed settings)

- The software calculates a CMM text file of nominal data and stores the CMM text file.
