EEO INTERPRETERS SERVICES

QUESTION

1. How many past performance questionnaires does DLA wants to see completed/submitted, at a minimum?

ANSWER

We would like to see a minimum of 3 past performance questionnaires completed/submitted.

QUESTION

2. The solicitation references a Key personnel resume template as an attachment to the solicitation, however, none was provided. Can an Offeror include their own template as long as it provides the relevant information requested?

ANSWER

A Key personnel resume template will not be provided. The Offeror may include their own template as long as it provides the relevant information requested.

QUESTION

4. Should the electronic copy or all printed copies be redacted, and submitted without the contractor’s name?

ANSWER

Only the electronic copy should be redacted without the contractor’s or company name.

QUESTION

5. Does this redaction include all key personnel and corporate officers’ name, which could also identify the company?

ANSWER

No. Only the contractor’s or company name should be redacted

6. QUESTION

Can graphs, charts, and tables be presented in a smaller size font?

ANSWER

Yes.

7. QUESTION

Proposal Submission: Who is the point of contact to reach out to so that vendors can schedule delivery of hard copy proposals to the Fort Belvoir complex?

ANSWER

Refer to Section L of the solicitation, under proposal submission.

8. QUESTION

Sections 4.2.1 and 4.5.2: Section 4.2.1 states that no charges or fees shall be assessed due to inclement weather closure; however, 4.5.2 states that the contractor may assess a fee for requests for services that are cancelled with less than 24-hours notices. Please de-conflict this guidance.

ANSWER

Section 4.2.1 is directly applicable only to inclement weather closures which is why it is stated in the PWS.

Section 4.5.2 is for any other type of cancellation that is not related to inclement weather.

9. QUESTION

Will the government consider revising Section 6.3.2, of the PWS to go along in line with industry standard?

(Re: 6.3.2: Industry standard requires two-business days’ cancellation notice and not 24 hours, for timely cancellation).

ANSWER

We will consider it but prefer the 24 hour cancellation policy as stated.
