About this file
This is a Sources Sought/Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) seeking industry input on a Supply Chain Risk Management requirement. The solicitation seeks vendors capable of meeting the minimum standards of the Black Kite Cyber Risk 5K Supply Chain Monitoring product (part number BK-SCM5K-001), with a 7-page response limit. Interested vendors must submit a comprehensive capabilities statement including company details such as GSA contract numbers, socioeconomic status, CAGE code, UEI number, business size, contact information, and examples of relevant prime contractor experience.
Vendors are required to email their responses to Thomas J. Walsh III at thomas.j.walsh@dla.mil with the subject line "Sources Sought - DLA Supply Chain Risk Management 2" by the unstated deadline. The document emphasizes that this is a planning-stage notice, not a formal solicitation, and that responses are voluntary and will not result in any payment or contractual obligation. The government will use the submitted information to potentially develop a future Request for Quote (RFQ) for Supply Chain Risk Management services at the DLA location in Fort Belvoir, VA.
