About this file

This document is a Sources Sought/Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) for Supply Chain Risk Management Software. DLA is seeking vendors capable of providing an Argus Supply Chain Enterprise Annual License, with interested companies required to submit a comprehensive capabilities statement including details such as GSA contract numbers, socioeconomic status, CAGE code, UEI number, business size, contact information, and examples of relevant government contract experience. Vendors must limit their responses to 7 single-sided pages in Microsoft Word or PDF format, with submissions to be emailed to Thomas J. Walsh III.

The sources sought notice emphasizes that this is a planning document only, not a binding contract solicitation, and responses are voluntary. The primary objective is to gather market research and potential vendor capabilities for a future acquisition of supply chain risk management software. Interested vendors must demonstrate the ability to meet minimum standards outlined in the attached purchase description, with the government reserving the right to use the submitted information for developing an acquisition strategy and potential future Request for Quote (RFQ).
