6. Bid Sheets show Clin 4 work to include 18th BLVD, and Plan Sheet 4 shows details for 18th

BLVD, however on Plan Sheet 2, 18th BLVD is not called out to have any work. Please clarify if 18th BLVD is included, and update plans and specs if necessary.

7. Plan Sheet 2 and Plan Sheet 18 both call out for 1 coat of slurry seal, while Plan Sheet 3 calls out for 2 coats, can you please clarify.

Reply: Plan sheet #3 is being revised now to provide 1 coat of Slurry Seal. Revised sheet # 3 is attached to clarify this comment.

8. Modified Plan Sheet 2 calls out for 15,000 SY of full depth asphalt replacement for bidding purposes only, will there be an alternate bid item for this unit price? Or are we to include within another Clin? If this item is just for bidding purposes to determine a unit price for work that may not be performed, are we to include it within our lump sum price, or as a separate unit price?

Reply: No alternate bid item will be required for full depth patching work. Contractor shall include cost to the bid proposal for maximum of 15000 SY full depth patching work for the entire project. Actual quantity will be determined during construction work. Contractor shall provide a unit price that would be used to adjust the actual cost for the full depth patching work performed by the contractor.
