Contract Lines: 0001 “Laboratory Equipment and Supplies" (Section B, Attachment # 2).

Small Business Set-Aside FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination (WAWF Acceptance DoDAAC# SL4712) FAR 12.6 "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items" and FAR 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures” regulations and procedures will be utilized.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, SP4702-22-Q-0003, is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses, Solicitation opening date is October 21, 2022 and closing date is October 28, 2022 at 3:00 p.m.

(Eastern Time). This procedure combines the synopsis required by FAR 5.203 and the issuance of the solicitation into a single document. The NAICS code is 322220 and the business size standard is 750 Employees.

The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation:

CLIN 0001 Mobile - Thermal Receipt Paper Roll 2.28” x 49.21’ (58MM x 15M) 50 Rolls Paper per Case for Seiko Instruments DPU-S245 2IN Thermal Printers or Equal* Size shall be as describe above no exception.

Case = 50 Thermal Receipt Roll Paper. Each Location in Attachment #2 Mobile will receive two (2) cases per location

CLIN 0002 Fixed – Thermal Receipt Paper Roll 2 1/4" x 85' (57.15MM x 2.159M) 50 Rolls ULINE S-16160 Thermal Paper or Equal* Size shall be as describe above no exception.

Case = 50 Thermal Receipt Roll Paper. Each Location in Attachment #3 for Fixed will receive two (2) cases per location

*Both shall be Thermal Paper not exception

Delivery of 20 days or less

It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price delivery order will be awarded for the requested supply as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation. Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Single award is expected to be made for this acquisition.

Note: There is no fee to register and use this site.

During the contract, the Contractor must always have an active status in SAM during the life of this contract.
