About this file

This is a technical requirements document for a Window Panel Aircraft component (P/N 120400-06) manufactured by Sierracin Corporation. The document outlines key quality and technical requirements including compliance with MIL-STD-130N(1) for military property identification marking, documentation requirements for Source Approval Request (SAR), DLA packaging requirements, and testing requirements following MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 sampling methods.

The associated pre-solicitation from the Defense Logistics Agency indicates a procurement quantity of 98 units of the specified window panel. The document includes specific quality control parameters, with critical, major, and minor attributes assigned verification levels of VII, IV, and II respectively, or AQLs of 0.1, 1.0, and 4.0. While Item Unique Identification was waived per customer request, other requirements such as removal of government identification from non-accepted supplies and measuring/test equipment sampling protocols remain in effect.
