1. On page 2 of 95, it mentions attachment 1 - price schedule, but there is not a link or additional attachment. Can you please provide? Thank you!

Answer: Click the paper clip on the left of page 2 for the attachments.

2. The ordering history for Letterkenny and Mechanicsburg is the same history. Can you please provide an ordering history just for the Letterkenny side of the contract using the applicable DoDAAC or EPA ID#?

Answer: Please use historical attached

3. Section 1.2.8.1 (i) If a customer requests totes to be pumped and the empty containers left onsite, please verify if the minimum applies if mobile pneumatic pumps are used in lieu of vacuum trucks? If the minimums do not apply, is the customer responsible for providing the shipping containers? Example – A customer has 2 EA x 275-gallon totes, Each tote contains 200 gallons of liquid. If the generator requests that the contractor not use a vacuum truck to avoid the minimum 1,500 gallons, is the customer responsible for providing the drums or totes to ship the waste?

Answer: There’s a minimum of 1,500 gallons on all pumpable liquids this will include totes. If Generator’s don’t have the minimum of 1,500 gallons in totes, they will order suffix CLINs T1, T2 and T3 and follow guidance in PWS.

4. I have a question regarding the 1 Year Historical Disposal file provided with the solicitation. Can you please provide a description of what each column represents? It is not clear what the column ‘lines’ represents, and there is no similarities between the HIN qty and total weight columns.

Answer:

Please use historical attached.

5. a) Is there a list of COR's and contact information in order to arrange a site visit?

Answer: We do not have a COR appointed at this time on this requirement. This contract will have pick-up points in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. It will be difficult to set up site visits and have the generators there for each of these locations.

b) Given that service CLINs are about 30% of the bid schedule, can you provide an ordering history for them as well?

Answer:

Please use historical attached.
