About this file

This is Amendment 0001 to solicitation SP3300-26-Q-0020, issued by DLA Distribution Acquisition Operations on July 17, 2026, with an effective date of the same date. The amendment extends the solicitation period for receipt of offers through 1:00 p.m. EST on Wednesday, July 22, 2026. The solicitation concerns a one-time repair service for a security screen door measuring approximately 12x12 feet at a Defense Distribution Center Network (DDCN) facility. Photos and dimensions have been added as attachments to the SAM.gov posting. Contractors must submit their final SF 1449 quote by the extended deadline.

The amendment includes answers to five contractor questions addressing facility access requirements, site visit availability, contract nature, submission deadlines, and identification/security protocols. All contractor field technicians require two official forms of identification (at least one government-issued photo ID) and must undergo mandatory physical security background checks querying the National Crime Information Center, Interstate Identification Index, Terrorist Screening Database, and sex offender registries. Unescorted personnel must possess a CAC or PIV card; escorted personnel must remain under direct line-of-sight and physical control of an authorized Government Sponsor. All approved visitors must display temporary visitor badges above the waist while on-site. Acceptable identification forms include DOD CACs, military IDs, Real ID-compliant driver's licenses, passports, TWIC, VHIC, Federal PIV cards, and non-federal PIV-interoperable cards. The point of contact is Morgan Costanzo at morgan.costanzo@dla.mil.
