About this file

This is Amendment 0001 to solicitation SP3300-26-Q-0081 issued by DLA Distribution on March 13, 2026, extending the deadline for receipt of offers. The amendment answers clarifying questions and provides revised pricing instructions for latrine rental and pumping sanitization services.

The solicitation covers 12-month latrine rental and pumping sanitization services for six rental units with weekly or more frequent pumping (per state requirements) and weekly pumping of three DLA-owned trailers, in accordance with Attachment 1 – Statement of Work. The contract will use three contract line items (CLINs 0001, 1001, and 2001), each covering identical 12-month services at a quantity of 12 months. The previous contract (SP3300-23-P-0519) had a total value of $57,240.00 for one base plus two-year options and covered three latrine rentals and two DLA-owned trailers. Key requirements include: contractor personnel must obtain site access through vetting and badging via DBIDS with Form 1818, requiring REAL ID and proper vehicle registration and insurance; DLA provides fresh water for trailer tanks; janitorial cleaning and restocking are performed by others; no historical disposal facility is being used; and FAR clause 52.228-5 regarding insurance for work on government installations is incorporated, requiring contractors to maintain specified insurance and provide written notification before commencing work, with 30-day cancellation notice requirements.
