About this file
This document is Amendment 0001 to Solicitation SP3300-24-Q-0214 for the rental of portable latrines at DLA Distribution Pearl Harbor. The amendment provides answers to questions about the requirement, including the number of personnel, the type of portable latrines needed (standard port-a-john and a 2-banger unit with separate men's and women's restrooms and air conditioning), the quantities required (2 total), and the locations. The amendment also confirms that hand wash stations must be included with each unit. The portable latrines are to be delivered monthly and serviced weekly. No other changes to the solicitation are made.

Amendment 0001
Amendment 0001 is incorporated into solicitation SP3300-24-Q-0214.
Amendment 0001 is being issued to provide answers to the questions below.
1.) Question: How many people will be using the latrine?
Answer: Approximately 10-15 personnel
2.) Question: Please explain AC 2 banger men/ladies in more detail?
Answer: The 2 banger is a trailer like the attached image that includes a separate mens/womens restroom in it and it must include air conditioning. See attached image for example.
3.) Question: Besides the basic requirements for 2 separate rooms and AC, are you fairly open to various types of 2 bangers?
Answer: Yes
4.) Question: How many portable toilets are needed for the year?
Answer: 2 each (1 each, standard port-a-john at Building B164 hand washer included with unit and 1 each, 2 banger at Building B451 hand washers are also included with this unit)
5.) Question: Can we use the standard portable toilet (can see the waste)?
Answer: The 2 banger is preferred for aged employees so 1 each is required (1 port-a-john and 1
2banger)
6.) Question: Are you looking for a handwash station?
Answer: Hand wash station must be included with each unit.
7.) Question: Could you confirm if there are GPS coordinates for the portable latrine locations?
Answer: Don't know the GPS coordinates but Building B164 is at the corner of Ave D and South Ave.
and Building B451K is along Kuahua Ave and Jarvis St.
8.) Question: Regarding the AC 2banger, How often is this item to be delivered? Is it to remain on your site and be serviced for the duration of the contract, or constantly picked up and redelivered?
Answer: It can be serviced there on site. If there is something wrong that needs to be repaired at their facility. Then bring the same type of replacement unit in place of the broken unit before removing for repairs.
