About this file

This document is a set of Questions and Answers related to Amendment 0003 of the federal contract opportunity SP3300-24-Q-0150 for DLA Warner Robins ESS Maintenance.

The key details are:

  • The contract scope includes support for information protection needs and system security requirements for COTS ESS solutions, as well as corrective and preventative maintenance per the PWS.
  • The contract covers 10 buildings, not the 13 buildings stated in the PWS.
  • Emergency repairs are required within 4 hours, but the pricing structure does not allow for after-hours support. The agency will revise the Schedule of Supplies to include after-hours repairs.
  • The contractor will be responsible for version upgrades, patching, device enhancements, and replacements, but the agency will not provide a migration plan. The current hardware and software meet cyber security standards.
  • The Lenel software has Dongle ID 19509. Integration with the J6 keybox/system is not required, only PM/CM or upgrades as needed.
  • Four positions are identified as key personnel: DOD 8140/Application Administrator, Contract Project Manager, Lenel Certified Tech, and Key Systems SME.
  • Preventive maintenance is required monthly, quarterly, and semi-annually for the Lenel, Pelco, ADT, and GFMS hardware.
