The following questions and answers are hereby included into SP3300-23-

Q-0192:

• Freight is door to dock no offloading. Who is responsible for offloading the machine once it arrives to the final des�na�on? If the contractor is responsible for offloading, moving and se�ng the machine in place please see below addi�onal ques�ons:

Answer: We will off-load the equipment but will need to be set in place by company.

Rigging Ques�ons:

o Once the machine is delivered to the dock, how far is it from the loading dock to the place where the machine will be located?

Answer: Will need to be delivered on a step deck/flatbed truck and will drive thru the building. No enclosed trailers please.

o How close can the delivery truck get to where the doorway of where the machine will be going? Please be specific.

Answer: Pull thru building that equipment goes in.

o Please outline the pathway leading from the truck to the door of the building is made of (gravel, concrete or asphalt).

Answer: A litle gravel then concrete.

o Are there any steps or curbs involved? If there are steps or curbs, how many?

Answer: No o How big is the doorway (height and width)?

Answer: 12 � x 10 � o Are there any turns or obstruc�ons that would limit the turning radius when the machine is being transported from the truck to the room where the machine needs to go? We need a detailed descrip�on of the path the machine will take once it is delivered from the dock to its ul�mate res�ng spot.

Answer: No o Can you provide a map or sketch of the delivery dock loca�on which includes the route the machine will take from the delivery loca�on to the entrance to the building.

Answer: Driver/Company can call me, and I will escort from Truck gate to building of off-loading.

o Is there an onsite forkli� that can be used to offload the machine or will the rigger need to bring one?

Answer: On site forkli� available o Is the area where the machine will be placed a flat surface?

Answer: Yes o Once inside the building, what type of flooring does the site have, (concrete, wood etc)?

Answer: Concrete

Training:

• How many people will need to be trained? Answer: 15

• Who is responsible for electrical drop and connec�on for machine so that the machine is plug in ready when delivered? Please confirm that electrical wiring is either already done or will be done by end user. Answer: Electrical work of any kind CANNOT be done by the mfg or the contractor, by law this must be done by a licensed electrician, which will have to be outsourced. DLA Maintenance crew

• Do you need to conduct test cuts at the �me of the training? If so, please confirm that you will have your own material(s) on hand so that test cuts can be made. Answer: Yes and Yes

• Please advise what creden�als are needed to deliver and install the machine (forms of ID that the carrier/rigger will need to enter the facility) Answer: I will need name(s) of all who plan to enter the depot. Check-in at the visitors center where they will perform a background check (No Felons). I would have 2 forms of id in case. Vehicles will need licenses, registra�on, and insurance or rental agreement.

• Please note: Prior to startup/training, coolant or Hydraulic fluid will be need to be on hand prior to start up and training. Will need to know what type of machine (specs) to be able to provide the correct fluids required.

Please confirm what the type of founda�on (concrete, gravel, asphalt etc) of where the machine is going to be located?

Answer: Concrete

The founda�onal depth is determined by user’s soil structures, but it cannot be less than 500mm (19.5”) in depth. Please confirm the site loca�on complies.

Answer: Yes
