About this file
This amendment modifies a solicitation for an energy savings performance contract to provide energy and facility support services at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in Alaska. The amendment clarifies that offerors should submit one combined TO4 schedule in addition to separate TO4 schedules for each facility location. It also addresses requester questions by confirming adjusted electricity rates provided in a previous amendment and specifying that separate TO4 schedules should be submitted for each facility with a combined schedule. The Defense Logistics Agency Energy is seeking these energy savings services with anticipated award dates in 2023.
