Question 4.

Is it that the DLA Energy requires and expects from the Prime Contractors to have at least seven (7) employees? PWS citing: “2.5.1.2. Anticipated Number of Contractor Employees. The initial requirement for this task order is anticipated to be seven full time employees.”

Answer: Due to the unpredictable nature of the work, the contractor must have the ability to restructure assignments of personnel. A contractor’s workforce of less than 7 Full Time Employees (FTEs) may have a significant impact on the contractor's ability to perform the requirements of the PWS in a timely manner.
