About this file

This document is a Notice of Special Procurement Determination Approval SP REQ-DASOBO-00034527 issued by the Oregon Military Department (OMD) for food services at Camp Rilea in Warrenton, Oregon. OMD previously conducted a competitive solicitation through a Request for Proposals (RFP) under Oregon Revised Statutes to award a contract for food services at Camp Rilea, which hosts various military and civilian organizations. OMD has now approved a Special Procurement Determination to extend the existing contract's term by up to 5 additional years and increase its not-to-exceed value by up to $9,000,000.

This Special Procurement Determination allows OMD to continue the contract with the current provider, Service Care of America, Inc., which submitted the highest ranked and lowest cost proposal during the previous solicitation. The contract will cover food services for Oregon Army and Air National Guard units, as well as other military and civilian organizations using the Camp Rilea facility for various training, readiness, and community service activities. Affected persons have 7 calendar days to protest the Special Procurement Determination approval.
