About this file
This file is a Special Procurement Notice issued by the State of Oregon, acting through the Oregon Department of Education, in conjunction with the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, Procurement Services (DAS PS) on behalf of the State Motor Pool (DAS SMP). The procurement is for four automotive lifts with comprehensive installation and maintenance services. The lifts must safely accommodate vehicles up to one ton and feature low-profile lift arms, adjustable-telescoping feet, and the capability to perform both symmetrical and asymmetrical lifting within the same bay. All equipment must comply with Automotive Lift Institute (ALI) and Electrical Testing Laboratories (ETL) standards. The vendor must provide complete shipping, delivery, and installation services with a mandatory delivery deadline of June 15, 2023. No specific response date or bidders' conference is mentioned in this notice document, as this file serves as a public announcement of special procurement approval rather than the detailed RFQ itself.
The procurement carries a total not-to-exceed budget of $30,000 for the four lifts and associated services. Pricing must remain firm for 30 days from the vendor's quote submission. No set-asides, incumbent contractors, or organizational restrictions are specified. The procurement is open to all qualified vendors capable of meeting the technical specifications and delivery requirements. Interested parties have seven calendar days from the first publication date of this notice to file written protests with the State Chief Procurement Officer at the Oregon Department of Administrative Services. The primary point of contact for the special procurement is Lori Nordlien, Procurement Director at the Oregon Department of Education, reachable at (971) 301-3245.
