The notice pertains to a Lenel access security system, including related software licenses and professional services. This is not a new solicitation for proposals, but rather a formal public notice about an approved procurement amendment. Stakeholders have seven calendar days from the first publication date to file a written protest with the State Chief Procurement Officer, with specific requirements for protest documentation.

The notice provides detailed protest submission instructions, including required content such as legal and factual grounds, description of potential harm, and requested relief. Protests can be submitted via mail to the Oregon Department of Administrative Services in Salem or via email with a specified subject line. The agency's single point of contact for questions is Lowell Elliott, Senior Contracting Officer, who can be reached at 971-707-2273 or lowell.s.elliott@doj.oregon.gov. The amendment appears to be related to an existing procurement for security system technology, though specific financial details are not provided in this notice.
