About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) at Denver International Airport (DEN) for the provision of 5-gallon bottled water and dispenser rental services over a 12-month period on a firm fixed price purchase order basis.
The contractor shall supply up to 120 five-gallon bottles of purified water monthly with bi-weekly delivery scheduled between 8am-3pm to either the A-Concourse Center Core Loading Area (preferred location) or the DIA AOB Loading Dock. The base year contract includes 1,440 five-gallon water bottles (CLIN 0001) and two water dispensers (CLIN 0002), with two identical option years available. The contractor must install and provide rental/lease of two water coolers featuring both cold and hot water faucets with child safety locks on the hot water faucet. Technical specifications require purified water in 5-gallon, food-grade, BPA-free bottles with no-spill or spill-proof caps; bottom-loading dispenser models are preferred to reduce workplace lifting injuries. Services include scheduled delivery with collection of empty bottles at each delivery, on-site sanitization of dispensers every six months, and emergency repair or replacement of faulty units within 24–48 hours. The primary point of contact is Andrew Haberer (Logistics Supervisor, 720-696-7236, andrew.haberer@tsa.dhs.gov), with Mark Schlager as the alternate contact (Logistics Lead, 804-867-7221, mark.schlager@tsa.dhs.gov).
