About this file
This statement of work outlines requirements for the purchase of additional spirometry equipment by the Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 1. The VA seeks to procure seven full-function spirometers with preVent flow sensors, onboard environmental sensors, and BreezeSuite cardiopulmonary diagnostic software from Medical Graphics Corporation. The equipment must integrate with the VA's existing infrastructure, patient records system, and Pulmonary MGC BreezeSuite software. It must meet American Thoracic Society standards for spirometer tests and allow for infection control. The contractor will provide equipment, installation, training, documentation, and a one-year warranty, as well as five-year post-warranty support. The VA is responsible for inventory and storage and will identify any non-conforming items.
