1) ITEMS needed to outfit Battalion Chief 21 Truck (2500 Chevy Crew cab pickup truck) with Red Lights, Siren, and Graphics. Vin Number# 2GC4YLE72R1210120 The Forest ID: UT-UWF and the Vehicle ID: BC21 (See provided guide for Details) Door Number 6766 New Equipment:

Standard Emergency Lights and Sirens package specifications.

Supply and install light bar, grill lights, rear lights, speaker, and siren/speaker/control head with truck key switch “On” activated power, dedicated circuit with appropriate current protection.

· One each: 48 or 55 inch (best fit for vehicle) low profile LED Light Bar with Alley Lights, Takedowns, 360 Degree Red LED Warning lights, 360 Degree White LED Scene Lighting, Rear facing Amber LED Traffic Director, Dim Option for night operations with vehicle specific mounting.

· One each: 400 Series 100 Watt Remote Siren

· One each: 100-Watt Remote Siren

· One each: Power Distribution Panel with 5 Constant Outputs, 5 Ignition Outputs, and 3 Timed Outputs

· Two each: 4" Fascia Light w/ Stud Mount, 18" hard wire w/ sync option, SAE Class 1 & CA Title 13, 9-32 Vdc, Black Housing, 12 LED, Dual Color - Red/White Mounted in the grille.

· Two each: Deck/Grille Adjustable Bracket Kit 4"Fascia Light w/ Stud Mount, Threaded - For Grille Lights

· One each: 100-watt siren speaker

· One each: 8" Angled Series Console with faceplates and all required brackets.
