About this file

This Statement of Work details requirements for troubleshooting and repairing a 5' x 10' Techno CNC Plasma table located at USCG Base Honolulu. The table's torch height control (THC) is currently inoperable, causing program glitches and error codes, and has been out of service for over 2 years. Previous remote repair attempts by the manufacturer were unsuccessful.

The contractor must provide on-site technicians (no remote work) to repair both software and hardware components to restore the table to original operating specifications. The system runs on Windows 10 Home Ver. 22H2 and includes multiple software components: EnRoute 7 Ver.7.0.0.1043, WinCNC Controller Ver. 3.0.19, TurboCAD Deluxe 18 Ver. 18.0 Build. 41.6, SheetCam TNG Ver. 7.0.21, and Mach3 Control Ver. R3.043.066. The system uses a Hypertherm Powermax 125 with Duramax Hyamp torch.
