The vehicles will be delivered to the Forest Service compound in Baker City, Oregon in May 2025, with the vendor responsible for transporting and upfitting the vehicles.

Specific technical requirements include a 54" Whelen light bar with detailed LED lighting configurations, 100-watt compact siren speakers, a Whelen HHS3200 handheld lights and siren controller, and a Watchdog B120 battery saver discharge timer. The vendor must also procure and install fire command graphics following July 2016 illustrations, including unit designator OR-WWF and specific equipment designators for each vehicle. The project is estimated to be completed by September 30, 2025, with the Forest Service technicians handling radio and antenna installation separately.
