About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a bathroom renovation project at the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Station Sturgeon Bay in Wisconsin. The project involves renovating two separate restrooms with multiple options for each room, such as replacing fixtures, flooring, ceilings, and electrical work. The contractor will be responsible for all materials, labor, and coordination to minimize disruption to USCG operations. The SOW outlines the scope of work, project phasing, safety requirements, waste disposal, warranties, and contractor personnel qualifications. The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation (Solicitation Number: 30451PR240000020) seeking bids from small businesses for the bathroom renovation project. The contract type will be a firm fixed-price purchase order. Interested vendors must submit quotes on company letterhead detailing the estimated materials, labor, man-hours, and workers needed to complete the project. The government will award the contract to the responsible contractor whose quote is most advantageous considering price and other factors.
