STATEMENT OF WORK
To Purchas Boiler
JBSA RANDOLPH A.F.B
SCOPE OF NEED. Contracting shall purchase Hydrotherm Model # KN-10 Series KN10NS11A1E3N0N0NNYY01 (120V/60HZ). No substitutions on this product. Boiler shall be delivered to 9860 1ST ST ,JBSA Randolph, TX 78148
2. SPECIFIC TASKS. The current boiler that is there is no longer working. Boiler is unrepairable. Hydrotherm model KN-10 (120V/60) is the close fit to the foot print of the current boiler in place.
2.2. Characteristics

2. HOURS OF OPERATION. : Normal duty hours are from 7:00 Am to 5:00 PM, Monday thru Friday, except on government holidays. Contractor should coordinate work with 502d CES Project Government Representative Carlos Flores at 210 671-9976 or Victor Reyna 210 671 3924.
3. QUALITY ASSURANCE. The government will perform inspections of equipment upon delivery by authorized personnel from 502d CE Planning Engineering.
4. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Contractor has 30 days after the contract is awarded to deliver the boiler requested.
5. CONTRACTOR’S WARRANTY: The contractor shall guarantee all materials one year warranty and the honor the manufactures warranty, also add an additional 5 yr warranty.
