A.1.a. For each placed order, the US Government guarantees a minimum order of 1,000 square feet. The maximum amount of sod ordered under each task order for CLIN 001 shall not exceed 4,000 square feet.
A.2. Grass sod shall be a certified Kentucky bluegrass blend. The blend must be composed of at least three (3) regionally-adapted Kentucky Bluegrass cultivars. Each cultivar must range from a minimum of 10% to a maximum of 35% of the blend’s weight. A minimum of one (1) cultivar shall be of the following high drought-tolerant cultivars: America, Apollo, Baroness, Diva, Impact, Mallard, Midnight, Midnight II, Moonlight, Prosperity, Rugby II, Showcase, Total Eclipse, or Unique.
A.3. Contractor shall provide documents to the COR in accordance with Table A.1. A.9. Once grass sod is installed, contractor shall notify COR for inspection and acceptance of work, prior to submitting invoice(s).
A.10. Contractor is responsible for replacing any grass sod delivered and installed that does not meet the requirements stated in this scope of work within two (2) weeks after planting.
