About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a Windows 10 premium license upgrade for Omnicell XT automated dispensing cabinets (ADCs) at VA New Jersey Healthcare System locations. The project involves upgrading 44 XT cabinets (1 half-height and 43 full-height) across three campuses in East Orange, Lyons, and Toms River, New Jersey, to ensure continued security updates through January 2032. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all parts and expertise, performing the installation during business hours, removing replaced parts, and ensuring proper disposal of excess materials.
The scope includes connecting the upgraded hardware to existing VA IT systems with support from Biomedical and IRM departments. Security protocols require contractor personnel to check in with authorized government representatives, obtain badging, and potentially receive escort services in sensitive areas. Installation must be completed as quickly as possible after order receipt, with a minimum one-year warranty beginning on the date of implementation. The solicitation (36C24225Q0735) is a brand name or equivalent procurement issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration.
