About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details a comprehensive office furniture replacement project for Rooms 152 and 153, involving the demolition of existing workstations and installation of new furniture configurations. The project encompasses 39 total workstations: 30 in Room 153 and 9 in Room 152, with each workstation featuring electric sit/stand desks, fabric privacy screens, cubicle enclosures, power outlets, monitor arms, task chairs, and mobile file pedestals. A supervisor area will be constructed in Room 152 with floor-to-ceiling privacy walls, clear glass frontage, magnetic whiteboards, and a dedicated desk setup.
The scope includes complete removal of existing furniture, electrical disconnection and reconnection by a certified electrician, and repositioning of floor tiles and carpet. The project will be executed in two phases, with Room 153 being renovated first, followed by Room 152. Additional requirements include providing 20 task chairs for a conference room, removing all packaging and construction waste, and coordinating with government personnel for LAN line installation. The government will supply flooring tiles and carpeting, and will handle removal of government-furnished equipment (GFE) and existing communication lines prior to the vendor's furniture installation.
