About this file

This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) detailing Depot Laundry Machine Requirements and Contractor Responsibilities. The SOW specifies critical installation parameters, including timing constraints that mandate installation either before June 1 or after September 30, with work permitted only on weekends starting Friday after 12 P.M. to minimize disruption to weekly laundry operations. Electrical considerations are highlighted, noting potential requirements for remote inverter installation within 40 feet of the machines to meet electrical code standards.

Contractor responsibilities encompass comprehensive equipment management, including removal and disposal of existing equipment, rigging and installation of new machines, complete site cleanup, and providing detailed documentation. The contractor must deliver a final equipment layout, utility connection drawing, and network communication infrastructure plan. Additionally, they are required to provide field service personnel to execute supervised installation, system start-up, and training for Engineering, Maintenance Management, and Production Operations Personnel on the new system operation.
