STATEMENT OF WORK
FOR
MSST SAN FRANCISCO (91105) K9 OBEDIENCE COURSE
1.0 BACKGROUND
Replace the damaged fence line that encloses the obedience course. The vinyl coating is deteriorating throughout the fencing, causing the metal to rust and weaken. There are holes in the fencing with sharp metal wires being exposed. The fence has a top rail that runs through out but only has a small area with a bottom rail. A bottom rail provides more stability for the fence and also would prevent K9’s from pushing out through the fence line.

Fence posts will remain in place and be re-sleeved with new posts. Bottom rail is to be added throughout the enclosure as well. All new fencing materials will be vinyl coated due to the saltwater environment.
