About this file

This Statement of Work outlines the complete repair and restoration of a JLG 600S Telescopic Boom Lift (Equipment ID: COE145825, Serial Number: 0300182454) that is currently non-operational due to significant hydraulic and control system failures. The contract is structured as Firm-Fixed-Price and requires the contractor to provide all necessary personnel, supervision, parts, tools, materials, and equipment to return the equipment to safe, reliable, and fully functional condition in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

The scope of work encompasses four primary repair categories: (1) Hydraulic System Repair, including replacement of the remanufactured hydraulic swivel, main directional control valve, swing gear box seal, and leaking hydraulic boom hoses; (2) Drive and Control System Repair, including replacement of the swing drive hub assembly, water-contaminated lift/swing controller, and broken ignition switch; (3) Generator System Repair, requiring replacement of the faulty 7500W onboard generator; and (4) Tire Replacement of three worn tires with new OEM-specification tires. Final Assembly and Testing tasks include installation of associated hardware, fluid top-offs to manufacturer levels, comprehensive functional and load testing of all repaired systems (lift, swing, drive, extend, and generator functions), and worksite cleanup. All work shall be performed at the contractor's designated repair facility within a reasonable timeframe. Acceptance criteria require Government verification of completed repairs, confirmation of new tire installation, successful joint inspection and functional testing, fault-free operation of all machine functions under simulated load for a minimum of 30 minutes, and confirmation that all identified hydraulic leaks have been rectified.
