This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the maintenance of a Sysmex XN-550 hematology analyzer at the 2d Medical Group, Barksdale Air Force Base in Louisiana. The SOW covers the required features of the analyzer, including parameters and testing capabilities, as well as installation, training, maintenance, and service requirements. The government will provide the facilities for the analyzer, while the contractor is responsible for furnishing all necessary parts, reagents, calibrators, and consumables. Pricing is based on a cost per reportable result arrangement, with an estimated annual volume of 3,915 complete blood count tests and 50 reticulocyte tests. The contractor will provide 24/7 technical support, on-site service during business hours, and emergency service the next business day. The period of performance is 1 May 2024 to 30 April 2026.
