Buckley Space Force Base (BSFB) Statement of Work (SOW) Guardian Resiliency Team (GRT) Diagnostic Ultrasound Equipment Buckley SFB CO 80011 04/01/2025

1. Introduction and Overview

Diagnostic Ultrasound equipment is essential to the health of the members of Space Base (430/435) Delta 2. This diagnostic musculoskeletal equipment will be located in the Restricted Area on Buckley SFB and is maintained by GRT.

1.1. Background

The Buckley GRT, as part pf the Health Holistic Approach, is intended to increase positive behavior and increase human performance for Space Force Guardians. Diagnostic ultrasound equipment is needed in the Restricted Area (430/435) to provide our medical personnel (physical therapist) with advanced technology for managing musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions. This equipment will help remove barriers to achieving optimal physical health while improving and supporting overall car in the MSK domain.

2. Scope of Work

The Contractor will deliver all the purchased items listed in the ordering table (Section 2.1). Installation by the contractor is needed.

3. Requirements

Diagnostic Ultrasound machine:

- Portable, laptop- style or tablet based design

- High resolution imaging capability (minimum 12-15MHz linear probe)

- B-mode, M-mode, Color Doppler and Power Doppler modes.

- MSK preset capabilities

- Needle enhancement or needle visualization software

- HIPPA complaint image saving and export capability.

- Probes types required:

- Linear probe (at least 12 - 18MHz)

- Curvilinear or phased array for deeper structures

- Minimum 1 year warranty on the ultrasound unit and transducers, including coverage for parts and labor.

4. Warranty

Standard commercial warranties will be provided.

5.Contractor Registration.

Contractor shall be required to invoice through the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) System at https://wawf.eb.mil. More information regarding WAWF will be provided upon contract award. The contractor must have current registration though System for Award Management, Sam.gov.

6. Delivery Equipment must be delivered NLT 60 days from receipt of award.
